Groups of Art Classes for Adults - September - May 

You can choose one of the following groups:

  • TUESDAY:    4 PM - 7 PM - It starts on September 3rd
  • SATURDAY:  9 AM - 12 PM - It starts on September 7rd
  • SUNDAY:      3 PM - 6 PM - It starts on September 8rd

Price:

One installment - $1590
Two installments of $837
Nine installments of $192
Daily fee - $70

Absences are not deductible from fees. But you can make up for the missed lesson in any other group when it's convenient for you.

Program for Art Classes for Adults - September - May

**Course Duration**: 34 weeks
**Class Duration**: 3 hours per week

Materials needed for the training: 

  • Pencils (H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 8B)
  • Erasers – Faber-Castell – drawing art kneaded erasers
  • Sketchbooks size A3
  • Rulers
  • Blending stumps
  • Color pencils or pastels
  • Acrylic or watercolor paints
  • Brushes (variety of sizes and types)
  • Painting paper or canvas
  • Painting palette
  • Paper towels or rags

Week 1-2: Introduction and Basic Drawing Techniques
Topics: Introduction to materials, line drawing, shapes, and forms
Materials: Pencils (H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 8B), erasers - Faber-Castell – drawing art kneaded erasers, sketchbooks, rulers
Activities:
- Overview of the course and expectations
- Basic line exercises and contour drawing
- Drawing simple geometric shapes

Week 3-4: Proportions and Basic Shapes
Topics: Proportions, measurement techniques, and drawing basic shapes
Materials: Pencils (H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 8B), erasers - Faber-Castell – drawing art kneaded erasers, sketchbooks, rulers
Activities:
- Proportion exercises (e.g., dividing shapes into equal parts)
- Drawing objects using basic shapes (cubes, spheres, cylinders)

Week 5-6: Perspective Drawing
Topics: One-point and two-point perspective
Materials: Pencils (H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 8B), erasers - Faber-Castell – drawing art kneaded erasers, sketchbooks, rulers
Activities:
- Introduction to perspective concepts
- Drawing simple scenes with one-point and two-point perspective

Week 7-8: Light and Shadow
Topics: Shading techniques, light source, and shadows

Activities:
- Shading exercises with geometric shapes

Week 9-10: Still Life Drawing
Topics: Composition, arranging objects, and still life drawing

Activities:
- Setting up and drawing a still life composition
- Focus on proportions, perspective, and shading

Week 11-12: Introduction to Color Theory
Topics: Basic color theory, color wheel, and mixing colors
Materials: Color pencils or pastels, sketchbooks, color wheel chart
Activities:
- Exercises with color mixing and creating a color wheel
- Drawing simple colored compositions

Week 13-14: Introduction to Painting

Week 25-26: Figure Drawing

Week 27-28: Figure Painting
Topics: Painting the human figure, skin tones

Week 29-30: Advanced Techniques in Drawing and Painting

Summer Art Class:

Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm for an inspiring journey into the realm of art. Our classes focus on radical drawing and painting techniques, allowing children to experiment and express themselves freely on paper and canvas.

  • MONDAY:          5 pm - 7 pm
  • WEDNESDAY:  5 pm - 7 pm

Summer Art Classes begin in early June and end in mid-August.

You can join the art activities for teenagers at any time.

Price:

  • When paying day by day with pre-registration - $60
  • For 5 consecutive days - $200
  • For 10 consecutive days - $360

Absences are not deductible from fees. But you can make up for the missed lesson in any other group when it's convenient for you.
