1. Indoor Ski and Snowboard Lessons and Training

1.1 Booking and Payment

• Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking via accepted methods, including Zelle or other specified platforms.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund or credit for rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

1.3 Waivers

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before attending their first lesson. Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors.

1.4 Age and Safety Guidelines

• Minimum age for lessons is 3 years old.
• Participants must wear appropriate clothing and adhere to safety instructions provided by instructors.

1.5 Emergency Notifications

• In the event of lesson cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified via SMS or email.

2. Art Classes

2.1 Booking and Payment

• Art classes must be booked in advance, with payment required at the time of booking.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class will be refunded or credited.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

2.3 Materials

• Art supplies are included in the cost unless otherwise specified.

2.4 Age and Safety Guidelines

• Classes are designed for specific age groups. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian upon arrival and departure.

3. Children’s Activities (Summer Camps, After-School Programs)

3.1 Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed and payment made before the program start date.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the program.

3.3 Supervision

• Children will be supervised by qualified staff. Parents or guardians must provide emergency contact information.

3.4 Snacks and Meals

• Parents are responsible for providing snacks and meals unless otherwise specified.

4. Online Gallery and Artwork Purchases

4.1 Print Paintings

• Orders for print paintings are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via USPS within 21 business days.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

4.2 Original Paintings

• All sales of original paintings are final and non-refundable.

4.3 Portrait Commissions

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund of the deposit.

4.4 Custom Mural Projects

• An initial consultation fee is required to begin the design process.
• Final pricing will include design, materials, and labor.
• A detailed contract outlining terms and timelines will be provided before starting the project.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

5.1 Usage of SMS Notifications
We use SMS notifications to inform clients in the following situations:

• Appointment reminders for booked lessons or activities.
• Updates on current promotions and special offers.
• Notifications about lesson cancellations or schedule changes.
• Emergency updates and unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Messaging Frequency

• Messages will be sent as needed, depending on the client’s engagement and activities booked.

5.3 Fees

• Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

5.4 Opt-In and Opt-Out Methods

• Opt-In: Clients agree to receive SMS notifications by providing their phone number during registration or booking.
• Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply with the word STOP.
• Help: For assistance with SMS notifications, reply with the word HELP, or contact us directly.
