HOW IT WORKS

Seamless Rotation for Maximum Engagement

We know that in large groups, people often end up waiting around. Our unique rotation system ensures that everyone is constantly engaged, either mastering the slopes or mastering the canvas.

• The Skiers (The Adrenaline Track): Two team members at a time take on our professional infinite slope simulators (one person per simulator). You get 20 minutes of high-intensity, 1-on-1 coached skiing. It’s the equivalent of a full day on the mountain!
• The Artists (The Creative Track): While the skiers are carving, the remaining 18 guests enjoy a guided Sip & Paint session. Our art mentors lead the group through creating a beautiful painting in a social, relaxed setting.
• The Rotation: Once the skiers finish their session, they rejoin the art group to continue their painting, and the next two colleagues head to the slopes.

EVENT LOGISTICS

• Capacity: Up to 20 participants.
• Duration: Typically 2.5 to 3 hours (depending on group size).
• Equipment: We provide all ski gear (boots, skis, poles) and all art supplies (canvases, brushes, paints).
• Skill Level: 100% Beginner Friendly for both skiing and painting.
• Exclusivity: You get Full Private Access to the studio for the duration of your event.
