By booking an appointment with Snowlike Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system.
Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Bank notifications, pending charges, authorization holds, reference numbers, or “pay over time eligible” messages do not constitute a completed payment.
If a payment fails, is declined, or is not successfully processed, the appointment is not confirmed and the service will not be provided.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via SMS only to:

Requests made less than 6 hours before the appointment time will not be accepted, and the appointment will be forfeited with no refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in loss of the appointment and payment.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for:
- late cancellations
- no-shows
- failed or declined payments
- appointments forfeited due to violation of these Terms
In rare cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Arrival & Waiver Requirement
All clients are required to complete and sign a liability waiver in person upon arrival before participating in any service.
Failure or refusal to complete the waiver will result in denial of service, with no refund.
5. SMS Notifications & Communications
5.1 Use of SMS Notifications
We use SMS notifications to communicate with clients regarding the following:
- Appointment reminders for booked lessons or activities
- Updates about promotions and special offers
- Notifications regarding canceled appointments or schedule changes
- Emergency notifications and updates related to unforeseen circumstances
5.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the client’s engagement, booked activities, and operational needs.
Messages are sent only when relevant and necessary.
5.3 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may displaying may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Snowlike Studio is not responsible for any charges incurred from SMS communications.
5.4 Opt-In and Opt-Out Methods
Opt-In:
By providing your phone number during registration or booking, you consent to receive SMS communications from Snowlike Studio related to your appointments and services.
Opt-Out:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact and payment information
- arriving on time for their appointment
- ensuring they are physically able to participate in the booked service
Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited sessions without refund.
7. Service Limitations
Snowlike Studio reserves the right to:
- refuse service for safety, behavioral, or policy-related reasons
- cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel an appointment for operational reasons, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking an appointment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.
Initiating a chargeback for services that were properly booked, paid for, and delivered — or forfeited due to policy violations — may result in permanent refusal of future services.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in our services involves inherent risks. By booking and attending an appointment, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the Terms & Conditions checkbox and completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
